I am trying something this week ... just out of curiousity.

I am taking these cappers plays (people who have been pretty solid) and will use the consensus plays (sorry for those that didn't make it). I will use them every week and see what the record comes out to be. Four people have to agree on it to make it a play.

The idea sounds good, but it typically doesnt work. Anytime a bunch of cappers agree I would run the other way.

Every supposed solid capper (according to this forum) was on Boise State last night like a bunch of squares and we all know how that turned out. We saw the same thing with Auburn on Thursday.

The biggest mistake people do on this forum is try to follow multiple people, or try to make their play bigger when more people agree. You want to be alone on an island when you are gambling, not in a crowd.

Nonetheless, I appreciate your efforts and I will be watching to see how this does. GL

PS - In my humble opinion.....To make something like this work, you need to eliminate 75% of that list. You dont want input from 10 people. I'd pick 3 guys that seem extremely sharp, not just solid, and everytime 2 out of 3 agree, I would play it - if thats the route you want to go. I think you'll find a much better success rate at something like this.

I think you'll find an even better success rate when 5 or more of those people agree on a play - and then FADE it. All 3 of those plays have me shaking in my boots right now to be honest.

Box, sharp post! I have been using this strategy for 30+ years. Kansas is a carbon copy of San Jose St. :howdy:

Some of the BEST advise I've read..... I AGREE 110%!!!! (I used this betting strategy for years and it's a LOSER)

Actually I am hit or miss and I don't do it the same way you do it. I use a few less guys and I weigh their action based off of how good I think they are and how they cap specific conferences.
