4 examples for you from a football recruiting ranking perspective: Tenn, Fla State, Auburn and Miami. every single one of these teams has been ranked in the top 20 at least 5 out of the last 6 yrs. You can also throw in Michigan, South Carolina and Notre Dame to a lesser extent. All 7 of those teams have been mediocre at best the last 3-4 years with some of them bordering on awful. I am not sure if any teams in the nation have done less with more talent than Miami and Tenn.
