2016 LV HILTON STYLE NFL SUPERCONTEST
RULES :
1. The season long non-refundable entry fee is $200.00. Money Order Entries accepted Until Wed, Sept 7th 2016. Pay*Pal Entries accepted until Sat, Sept 10th (ALL Payments must be received by Sat, Sept. 10th 2016 @ 3pm ET). Entries must be submitted before making selections for Week 1.
2. Each contestant will use his RX user name ONLY. ( No Team names ) * Max Two Entries
3. Actual cash prizes will be based on total number of contestants ( will be posted on or around Sept 13th )
4. This Contest is based on picking winning teams against the Spread. Contestants must select five teams per week. ( Sides Only )
(a) Contestants may not select both sides of the same game. Any violation results in a double loss.
(b) Any selections that are duplicated will be graded first by the actual outcome and any subsequent duplications will be automatic losses.
5. Please note all Contest Lines listed in the drop-down menu are playable, even if the game goes OTB (Off the Board) at a later date.
6. Contest winners will be determined by the total number of points accumulated during the NFL Football regular season. Each winning selection will be credited with one point. Ties (pushes) count as one half point.
7. Contestants must submit their weekly selections by 4 pm Eastern time each Saturday afternoon, except when contestant wishes to use any game that starts before the deadline. If a contestant wishes to use any game that is scheduled to start before this deadline, ( ie, Wed, Thur or Sat game ) their 5 weekly selections must be submitted prior to the start of those games. Any pick set using an early game that is submitted late will be charged with a loss for any game that starts before the Sat 4pm deadline. Any contestant who fails to submit weekly selections by 4:00:59 pm Eastern time on Saturday will earn zero points for that week. This time deadline will be strictly enforced.
8. Weekly Lines will be Posted Each Wednesday Night ( we will use LVH Lines ).
9. Only RX Members can Enter to Play ( You MUST have an RX User name and have at least 10 Posts ).
10. Tie-breaking rules:
Tie-breaking rules will be applied to determine first place only. Entries tying for second through 10th place, will equally split aggregate prize money from the respective place. If ties exist after the NFL Football regular season for first place, the champion will be determined based on the entry that accumulated the most contest points during the final three weeks of the regular season. If total points accumulated during the final three weeks is equal most points accumulated during the fourth to the final week will determine the winner, and so on weekly (in reverse order), until the tie is broken.
In the unlikely occurrence of a tie after the tie-breakers, co-champions will be declared and the aggregate prize money will be split equally.
* A Google Form will be provided to make your Weekly Picks. They will appear on the accompanying Spreadsheet, released after the 4pm Saturday deadline.
