Texas/TT offline on pinnacle!!

Does anyone know why pinnacle has Texas/TT offline?

The line just jumped from 15 to 16 1/2 at my other book.

The game is back on the board at pinny with a jump up to 16 1/2 also. I am glad I got on this one at -15 on tuesday.
