Texas Tech QB will play this week

I'm guessing not everyone knows this, because there's no line for the game. Neither B.J. Symons nor Mike Leach mentioned an injury in interviews yesterday; just plans for the weekend.

Who will be favored in this game? Tech seems to have become a public team, but OSU is ranked higher and is at home.

By far the most compelling game on the Big Board this week -- I think the books were hoping for a Kansas St. win over Ok St. last weekend, which would set up nicely for Ok. St. to be a small favorite with the betting public hammering the shit out of Tech as a dog...

OSU is legit and Les Miles has an incredible home record. Tech has been so-so on the road this year and I think OSU will be giving 6 or so points in this game, IMHO...

Totally agree -- my thought was that if OSU lost to Kansas St. last weekend, that would set up a situation whereby OSU would be a small favorite and the public would be all over Tech (maybe not -- just a thought).

Nonetheless, if you read my post again, I state that I think OSU will lay about 6 in this game....but then I have been wrong a many time before...

Thats the biggest damn total I've ever seen.

Tech has hit 11 overs in a row. If this was one to lay off I would. No play on the total.

Texas Tech ML +150 is the play.

Not so sure that the over won't still be a play. Keep an eye on the total Fri. night and early Sat. If it goes to 72, I'll hammer it. When Tech plays, you have to remember that it's like a 90 minute game instead of a 60 minute game, and that's why the totals are so high.

When there are going to be so many points scored in this game, I figure the value of a field goal is very low. One of these teams will probably win by 10+ points.
