This was clearly a management vs coach situation. They did not see eye to eye & the relationship was beyond repair. Snow was pissed at how Nolan preferred to use veterans compared to young talent.
I side with Nolan here as the team was close to being a playoff team until the injuries were too much to handle. He as usual is getting a raw deal & Snow is clearly not with the program.
The sign that this was definitely over was when Nolan sat away from them during the draft. He also was not consulted in any fashion in regards to the free agent signings. He was pretty much just a coach who had to coach what he had without putting his own touch on things. A situation like that will never work.
