I'm a new poster, but have played off of valuble info in this forum for a while as an observer. Not a big fan of teasers, but this play seems decent to me, and I'd welcome any thoughts. 5 play +7, Risk 1 unit to win 3:

Lville +9
Lville/TCU Under 57.5
South Carolina +14.5
Utah St. +5
Col St. +5.5

Look attractive to anyone else?

Too much parity in CFB for teasers in my opinion. I dont think UL will lose by more than 9, nor Utah State losing at all, but any of the others are very possible to go astray.

Its rare that when teams favored by 7win, that they actually win by 7, its more like 14, 17, 21. Looking last night, in the last 3 years, only three teams favored by 7 points actually won by exactly 7 points. So i dont do teasers or buy points.

Just my opinion.

Pete, thanks for the opinion. I agree with you on Lville and Utah St.

I think Utah St wins SU and if Louisville doesn't pull it out tonight, it'll be within a TD.

The under play is due in part to the rain expected, the running games, and the appeal of the 50.5 total. Add 7 to it given those factors and it looks even better.

South Carolina should keep the game within 14.5 with Ark coming off of the 7 OT marathon, then the short prep for a game 4 days later. Holtz will have his team prepared.

Col St. is the only question, in my mind. I lost a boatload on them this past weekend, but I figure I'm not only betting on them, I'm betting against New Mex, and NM blows. Sorry for pointing out the obvious, Lobo fans.

I agree with you about teasers, though... oh well, maybe I'll catch a break.

I wouldnt discount New Mexico this year, they are playing good football scoring over 30 and only allowing 15.

Yeah, you're probably right, I just want them to not be so tough since I layed the play. Hope they turn the ball over as much as they did last week. They've played tough the last couple of games - hope that ends on Fri. Or CSU bounces back from their shitty loss to Wyo.

Also, CSU kinda owes me. They lost me a parlay of Pitt, Mich, Wash, Toledo, FSU, CSU that would have paid me 35 on my 1 unit... bastards wouldn't bend me over 2 weeks in a row, would they?

MY HUMBLE ADVICE---DO NOT PLAY TEASERS IN COLLEGE. STICK WITH THE PROS. IF YOU DO, AND YOU CAN WIN AT THEM IN THE COLLEGES, GOD BLESS YOU!

Agree with your theory, but not your conclusion. With the parity comes closer games. Therefore, i find taking dogs witht he extra 10 points to be fairly profitable and occasionally throwing in a favorite.

Well, the other 3 will come in now that the total was 59 last night, ain't that the way it goes? Guess I relied too much on the weather and the Louisville D - neither of which showed up all that strong.
