Bowling Green simply can't afford to lose this one as they could be at least 0-4 in a few weeks. This is the most winnable game for them early on and with a new coach leading this team, I expect them to fight to the bitter end tonight. Some people say that Troy players are not thinking about the Florida game because they know they can't win there. I'm not really sure about that. They came close last season to win at LSU and this organisation can't wait to play another top tier school. And by the way, is there any team in the nation that will not be looking ahead to the game vs the two time defending Champs ?

Bowling Green +7 is my official play

Yeah, but the problem is that Troy has a lot more talent than Bowling Green does IMO, so you are basically hoping for a letdown to get the cover. This is not a good way to handicap. You first want to find a team that will have a physical advantage ATS, and then if the technical situation also helps one side, you have a really good betting situation. You should just limit your bets to those situations and your winning % will improve immensely.....

Ok...for starters, Florida is NOT the two time defending Nat'l champions...LSU won it the year before...secondly I agree with ND...Troy has a little more talent IMO....and thirdly, if Troy thinks they have a chance of beating Florida, then dey be servin up sumtin special in dat der moonshine...

so basically guys, you are telling me that the more talented team always wins and always wins by more than 7. too funny. good luck with that approach.

who knows what happens in these "Busch League" conferences
I Just remember my last colllege football pick (near the end of last year) I had Florida International +4.5 against Florida Atlantic and I still can't believe I lost, I was up 14 in the 4th then tied then up 14 again then tied again (onside kicK) and lost in overtime by 7---I'm just glad the season starts so I can forget about that game finally--I'm sure I'll have Sun Belt plays in the future, they were my favorite conference 4 years ago to play on-----the MAC has always been weird for me and I even played AGAINST a MAC team in opening week (Akron)
