TCU at SMU

Does anyone think that TCU coming off a huge win against Oklahoma will have a let down this week? SMU +15 may be a good play.

Any thoughts?

SMU has the offense to cover, but they let me down BIG TIME with a pathetic defensive effort last week.

Oklahoma is supposed to be good and Baylor isn't anything special. This tells me to lay off SMU this week. However, this game just feels like a let down for TCU.

Maybe I'll just lay off and see what happens.

You take TCU and put it in the bank. OU...much worse than most thought, but DON'T take away from TCU.

As an SMU alum I have been laying against them for the past four years as they are a team that never really has the talent to hang around on the defensive side of the ball. It has been quite profitable and I will continue to lay points against SMU every week until over the long haul they can prove me wrong.

Of course there'll be a letdown. That doesn't mean TCU won't cover, but they will be very flat for this game with their MWC debut against the defending champs on deck just 5 days later.

Yes, it was an awesome game! I just bought my season ticket for the home games today--can't wait for Utah next week--it should be an amazing game. Yeah, SMU just got beat by Baylor, so it should be pretty easy. Though TCU has been the type of team in the past that lives up to a challenge but struggles when things are easy. We'll see...
