I have deposited probably $10,000 with this book, and haven't made withdrawals. I am down so much money with this book it is scary. On Monday morning, I asked for a withdrawal of $2500 and was told I could get it same day, but most likely not until Tuesday and Wednesday morning would be the absolutle latest. He told me expect it Tuesday.

Now they say it takes up to 7 days. I have lost so much money through this book, and they can't pay me $2,500. Should a PrePaidATM really take a solid week ? NO.

I offered them that I would take it through Western Union and glad to pay the fees and they said NO.

I am getting really worried about this.

I called 1-866-pony-bets.

Dont know exactly who that is, accounting, manager, or just C/S.

I told them to please just send it to me through western union and I would pay the fees and that way I wouldnt have to worry or bother them about it. The funny thing is that all this money was made of a western union deposit. They said since I made a PPATM deposit in the last 12 months it has to be withdrawan that way. I lost all that money though.

A W/U withdrawal would not cost them anything cause I will pay the fees.

I am worried about this.

7 days was never mentioned before today.

When I requested this Monday I was told the absolute max was 3 days and that was only kind of a padding so they knew they would get it out in time. He said the 3 days was just to ensure they wouldnt be late but it usually goes out same day or next day. Today would be the last day - day #3, and now they said 7 days which was never mentioned before when I was told 3 days max.

Now if I wait until Monday which would be 7 days, what are they going to tell me - 14 days ?

I am really very worried because I am down so much with this book anyway cant really afford to drop another $2500
