Favre gets traded to Tampa for a 3rd rd pick. Tampa than turns around and Trades Favre to Minnesota for the 3rd pick they lost and Minnesota's #2..really interesting

I would guess that if/when Packers trade him, there would be a clause in there that says the new team can't turn around and trade him.

How this is turning out for Jeff Garcia is to bad. In my opinion he saved this team last year. I would extend Garcia's contract over getting Favre.

I for one think Tarvaris Jackson can be a solid player.

Only saw him in a couple of games, against my Giants for one and he looked good, real raw but talented

Garcia would be a great pick up for the Vikings. TB will be stuck with a bitter man in Favre who is not the sharpest tool. New complicated offense that requires quick decisions. Favre improvises too much and with a new team, it could prove an erratic season. A sad ending for a man that has really stunk it up the last few years in the playoffs.

No way Minnesota would give up a 2nd and 3rd round pick. That's a bullshit rumor. I've heard Minny is only offering a 4th or 5th rounder for him and it likely won't be enough.

I'm not a big Garcia guy, although I love him in the CFL, but he would be a PERFECT fit for the Vikings. A smart, safe QB that will manage the game and throw limited INT's. They can win the Super Bowl with Jeff Garcia IMO.
