Hey guys, this is one of my first times actually posting, I'm new so I'm going to say this... My record isn't all that great. But it doesn't mean its all that bad either. I've been following a lot of people on here, and I think that if we are able to work as a community, we're able to make money in the long run, and enjoy some badass sports. Anyway, I've never posted any single gamers mostly all I've put up were Parleys and teasers. my record for those 1-3 but you know how those work. lol. Anyway So i'm going to start this thread with my single bets. and then come closer to the games I'll make one four or five game parley. (I always do this for fun). Anyway I wish everyone the best of luck, and thanks to everyone who's helped me in the past few days.
Villanova vs. Duke

I've been following the nova for the better half of this tournament and needless to say they are really looking good as a basketball team. I know their performance against American was a little weak, but to be down almost twenty points, and still pull off a win beating them by 13 must say something. Nova will come into this game averaging 77.0 pts per game shooting at 45.7%. and they are making free throws at 74.6%, while duke only averages 72.8% of their free throws. Vegas says this is going to be a high powered offense driven game with the over/under at 148 I think someone overlooked the Nova Defense.

Syracuse University vs Oklahoma University
NCAA Basketball
So I decided to do a write up on the Syracuse/OU game. Recently I’ve done okay in this tournament. If you guys look at my past statuses I’ve gone 12-15 in all games that includes NIT as well, but nonetheless winners aren’t easy to pick I’ll tell you that.
Syracuse is coming into this 28-9, While OU comes in at 29-5. This is really going to be a ball game! The Orange have some amazing defense, and an offense that averages 80.4 points per game. Syracuse is 64.4% at the free throw line. The Orange’s defense allows the opponent 74.1 pts on average, and 75.5 pts on road games. Of course these are averages, but we’re able to learn a lot from their history. OU on the other hand plays incredibly psychical, much like Syracuse but in a more balanced fashion. OU’s defense allows only 67.3 pts on all games this season, and 67.2 pts on road games. OU has averaged over 79.1 pts per game this season, OU also has been making 67.6% of their free throws. Is this game going to be the rule of averages? Of course not, both these teams are from different conferences with different styles of play. Right now the Big East is dominating this tournament, but playing ball in the big twelve isn’t exactly a walk in the park. This is going to be a very close game, and its going to come down to who can play the best defense. It’s such a close game that Las Vegas, and the books there don’t even know who to go with. There’s no spread… just a winner. I’ve read a lot of information on this game, and I’ve seen a lot of people post blogs, and bulletins about how for sure they are that Syracuse is going to win because they have been on fire. Right now as it stands the betting public is spilt 51%/49% leaning toward Syracuse. I even know people that attend the school. but I’m going to have to say I’m sorry to everyone on the east coast and lean toward OU on this one. Personally If I were betting… which I probably am, I would just take the over. But, if I were to pick a winner it would be OU.
