BWAHAHAHHAHA.. No wonder the books are loaded.

Bunch of morons thinking it is in the "cards" for them to win the first at home.

Pedro a dog against Suppan?

This is almost as ridiculous as when the books made Schilling a dog against Leiber.

If the public wants to flush their money down the toilet, they should give it to charity instead. Atleast it's tax deductable.

I believe PUBLIC money is already being bet on PEDRO. You have one of the most recognized Pitchers in all of Baseball as an UNDERDOG and the SOX are becoming America's Darling, so it isn't hard to predict that JOE Q. SUCKERS will be all over Pedro Martinez and the BOSOX...

To state that the Public money will be on the Cards is an indication that you may be a square, lol...

As stated many times, think this is a solid line.

TONS and TONS of squares and wiseguys on both sides.

Do not necessarily think there will be more so called "square" money on Boston than St. Louis.

Many so called "squares" will be on St. Louis for the simple fact that they think they cannot go down 3-0 and this is a MUST WIN situation for them.

On the same token, THE SHRINK is correct in his assumption on why many JOHN Q. PUBLIC bettors will be on the Red Sox.

This game is a bookies dream.

Smart money here is on the UNDER. Pedro will pitch his A game . Only concern of mine is if Red Sox hitters will destroy this Cardinal pitcher! Also Pedro on the + side of ANY money is a gift IMO.
