I have Rutgers winning this game by at least 2 tds. The Scarlet Knights have been red hot lately while the Cards have been just the opposite. Should be an easy win for Rutgers. I still waiting on the o/u but I am leaning the over gonna wait till tomorrow and check the weather before I play it.

Right now I have it at 40-21
