superbook withdrawl issues

I know they aren't officially a sponsor here, but they do belong to the Jazette line of books which sportsbook.com are a part of....was wondering if anyone could possibly help me out with a withdrawl from there?

I decided to give the book a try with their attractive soccer betting options and turned out with some nice winnings after a couple weeks. requested a withdrawal 3 weeks ago and didn't hear a word for them. Decided to give them a call yesterday and they asked for my utility bill and drivers license. Abidingly, I sent them. Called them today and now they tell me they have no processor and it will be another couple weeks before they have an update. Asked for other withdrawl options, and they responded not having any

plain ridiculous if your ask me...guess I learned my lesson playing with a shady book. anyone else experience something like this? leavin this post out there in case anyone from here can possibly help me out....Thanks

now you have to fax drivers license and utility bill to superbook for a withdrawl even if youve been a good customer for years. and still likely wait 6 weeks for the payout.

Superbook was always a problematic book.

Played with them years ago and they game me many hassles over withdrawals and long waits.

Havent played there in years, guess things have stayed the same
