I waited as long as I could to post because I’m just sick of seeing the same movie every year....first let’s get the trends out of the way...

Case for New England...
Since 2004 the sb team with the better regular season record has went 1-11 ats in last 12
Since 2006 that same team went 2-8 su in last 10
Case for Los Angeles...
Since 1983 conference championship teams who scored 70+pts in 2 consecutive playoff games has went 5-12 su+ats
Since 2002 the dog has went 13-4 ats
All sb favorites of 5pts or less are 2-10 su+ats if there was a bye week between the cc game and sb
My personal stuff...
The 20pt system has New England at +13 and Los Angeles at +19...
Since 2004 the lower # has won 10 of last 14 su
Since 2005 the lower # has won 10 of last 13 ats
The fast start system will once again rear its head, after week 4 of regular season play there was 4 teams who matched all 6 requirements, Carolina, Chicago, LA Rams and New England...if you were to put down cash on each team at that point you would have had a 25% chance of winning in the bowl (if you’re a believer), today you would have a 100% chance of winning.
Now for those who know me...I can’t stand seeing NE in this game.
Looking at Tom Brady and the patriots in the bowl...the “goat” won 1 game, that’s it, due to a complete collapse by the Atlanta Falcons in the second half, Brady actually was involved in the winning play in ot, and I mean due to a complete surrender by Atl on offense, defense and special teams. As a matter of fact let’s look at his personal hand in it...
1st bowl, patriots win by vinetari kicking fg
2nd bowl, patriots win by vinetari kicking fg
3rd bowl, patriots win by vinetari kicking fg
4th bowl, patriots lose to NYG
5th bowl, patriots lose to NYG
6th bowl, patriots escape a loss by a poor play call by Seattle on 1st and goal
7th bowl, patriots win by 6 in ot after the previously described Atlanta collapse
8th bowl, patriots lose by 8 when the “goat” personally coughs up the ball on the last drive
Obviously I hate the fact that my stuff says New England, I will be hoping that the goats trending as everything always does in life..
It doesn’t end with a bang, but a whimper...
I have no idea who wins this game but based on who I want to lose( which as we all know ) is no way to base a play, this will be my last post til next year.
