PHOENIX (56-31) AT LA LAKERS (48-39)

Ok the Suns just defeated the Lakers by 17 points.
The Suns are still the 2nd seeded team and the Lakers
are still the 7th seeded team.

Series would be 3-2 Suns if not for miracle shot by Kobe and
terrible referees.

Suns have their back against the wall and the recent news about
Raja Bell being suspended one game should give the Suns an
extra boost to perform.

Suns are a better 3pt shooting team-Suns are a better FT shooting
team.

Also this series deserves a game 7. And NBA loves the extra millions
an extra game will provide the league.

SUNS +165 and +4

Why not just play them for the series? I think you can get a better number...

If they win tomorrow it not looking good for the Lakers in game 7.

Well you never know. Lakers could win game 7. But you make a
great point I must say.

i played the suns when they were down 3-1 for the series. i think this line for game 6 will continue to go up and would not be shocked if it closes at 5 or 5.5. wait till tomorrow, and i think you will get a better price.

Don't think so. Not without the needed outside shooting of Raja Bell plus the defense he plays on Kobe. This suspension likely will cause the Suns to be eliminated in Game 6. With him, the Suns had a chance. Without him, particularly now that he has opened his mouth regarding Kobe and Bryant is irritated, believe it is bye-bye Suns tomorrow night.

who will replace bell in the staring lineup...last night's game was won by the suns going inside the laker d which was not the case the first four games...i would think the suns will again look to go inside...

I tend to agree. Took some at -4 -105 as I believe this could be at 5 - 5' by game time.

Kobe is doing a lot of talking too, and disrespecting Bell big time. I don't believe there's an emotional advantage gained for either team. They're both going to give 125% already.

I do know this much however, after watching both Bell's & Kobe's interviews, it's easy to see who's educated and who's one dumb f@ck.

GOOD POINTS KOBE IS PISSED, AND BELL WAS A BIG PART OF THEIR PLAN ON DEFENSE.

If Kobe tries to take over due to Bell's absence he will play into the Suns hands. Lakers beat the Suns by going inside, and playing team basketball. They have a huge advantage with Odom and Brown (never thought Id say that). If Kobe takes it on his shoulders the Suns have a REAL shot at winning. I think its more important for Suns to get bench points, and make sure Diaw, Thomas, and Barbosa contribute there share. Look for a big game from Marion and Nash tomorrow boys. Take the Suns and the points.

Lets hope. Whats sad is that I actually like both of these teams. Lets face it. They are fun to watch. Im not sure what to expect for certain. BUT I know one thing. Having your back against the wall isn't the same as knowing that you have one game to fall back on if you do lose. (see NY Yankees vs Boston year before last) Im hoping PHX comes out like a caged animal about to be put to sleep and tears into the fast paced game that is Suns basketball. The Lakers might be a little over confidant. Especially now that they are at home and know that PHX doesnt have Raja. But what they dont know is that they still have to play the game out. SOmetimes that fourth win is the hardest of them all. I may be wayyy off (because lets face it PHil Jackson RULES) and really I just cant wait to see what some of the picks are on here. Lets wish everyone good luck!

The Suns need to pounce on the Lakers early and take control of
the game or it might be done. First half is going to mean so much.

More double teaming of Kobe since Bell is gone leaving more Lakers wide open to make shots. Now Diaw and Marion are going to share duties of guarding Kobe. They will chase him around all game and it will take away from there offense. Marions already scewed with guarding Odom. Can't get on the fast break when he is guarding someone from the post.

Kobe knows he has to get his team the ball. If you think he will jack up 40 shots 2nite out of anger you are mistaken. Kobe wants to win the series. Nothing will give Kobe more pleasure then sending Bell home from the playoffs.

Last game had nothing to do with Suns performance and more to do with Lakers lack of performance.

Sometime you lose your edge once you hold home court for a 3-1 lead knowing u can close them out @ home in game 6.

Good luck on whatever you decide.

Very very very valid points ODK (abbreviated for old dirty ku)! Suns play WAY better at home then on the road, which also should be taken into consideration. I originally thought to myself Suns Suns and more Suns. Then I was baffled by the line movement. We (meaning me) shall see what others think and then decide. For now I just like the underdog in these situations. The NBA its fantastic.

Lakers to win this thing...

Lakers should definitely win this game straight up. I don't know about more than four points though.

With or without raja bell, suns are still the same, flaky team. And, to top that off, raja isn't even all that good.
