Garoppolo is still very much a question mark and even if he does play, one hit could change all of that if his bell is ringing once more. There is just too much turmoil on and off the field for this team to really be able to concentrate on what matters. Herbert and the Chargers passing offense looked very strong against a mediocre Vikings defense. The Raiders will then have to choose between veteran Brian Hoyer or rookie Aiden O'Connell. Hoyer can be a marginal game manager while O'Connell has more potential following a successful career at Purdue in their pass-happy system. All three quarterbacks will desperately need the Raiders' running game to appear after laying dormant for each of the first three weeks. They are last in the league in rushing offense which would be essential to slow down the game against the high-powered Chargers' offense.
