The Jay Cutler era starts this week. Based on his impressive pre-season and the fact that Mike Shanahan is willing to bench Jake Plummer for him is proof enough that Cutler should play well Day 1. He is forecasted to complete a high % of his passes. While many are short passes he is still forecasted for 200 yds. The key for the Broncos is re-establishing their run dominance. Seattle's defense is a shell of last year's team (for unexplained reasons). If Tatum Bell is healthy, he and Mike Bell should combine for 130 yards and over 1 TD. The Denver defense is harrassing Matt Hasselbeck whose simulation passer rating is under 80. They are also keeping Shaun Alexander under 100 yds rushing for the win.
