Rider -5 2 units
Peter's been covering of late but they're dreadful and this one is at the Prudential Center, shouldn't be much of a home game. All Rider should have to do here is hold onto the ball which they do well enough to get it done here. As long as they don't turn it over a ton and get killed on the defensive glass they should be alright as they are the much more polished, efficient team. Peter's has absolutely no answer for Ryan Thompson.
Marist -3.5 1 unit
Not giving the McCann Center enough credit here, Marist always takes care of business at home as they shoot it very well there and opponents can have all types of problems. Little value on Marist coming off a poor home loss to Canisius but that Canisius team is actually a strong defensive unit and defends the 3-ball really well, which is how you have to beat Marist in Poughkeepsie. Don't think Loyola does that well enough. Beat Marist by ten at home recently beat these are much different teams home and away...if they contain Barney - which is the type of player I've seen them handle well this season - and hit their threes, they should coast here.
