Eagles +2 Can anyone tell me why the Chargers are favored in this game? Game started at Pick and now Chargers are a 2 point fave. No one is going to tell me that money is pouring in on the Chargers. Yes it is fishy. Although I am trying to avoid betting on LAC at home, since they have zero home field advantage, basically, but the lines don't quite reflect that.

You might as well factor this as if it were a nuetral field, in which case, PHI should probably be 2.5 favs or something.

LAC were woeful last week, at home. I am avoiding this game, but it is fishy to be sure

I really like the Chargers this week. Had this game been played at 1 pm it would be a really strong play for me. I've noticed the 4 pm games has gone the public's way. The lopsided or funny line 1 pm games has gone against the public. Just my observation!!

Seems like the only reason Charger's are favored is because ppl don't expect them to go 0-4 to open the season.

Chonce is right - they pretty much have no home field advantage. Not only is it not their usual stadium, but have you seen the size of that soccer stadium they're playing in? 30,000 capacity and they don't even fill that up! Probably due to the high prices of tickets and parking (It's $100 to park at the stadium!) as well as the unpopular move to LA. Most NFL stadiums are 60-80k capacity lol. Phily is such a better team...tempting not to take the points.

On paper this is a very good match up SD. The thing I don't like is betting on coaches who aren't very good.

Maybe in week 5. Tomorrow I will be out most of the day. So far this season has been my best start in the NFL. Just too busy with my son's fall baseball schedule in September.

I think the Philly Def injuries are reflected in the line

SD is such a weird team and they cant make kicks, but it's the nfl and weird shit happens every week. Line definitely smells funny to me so its a no-play game for me. Too many variables to give Philly a definite edge and same with SD.

Eagles starting and back up DT are out. A heavy dose of Gordon will leave one on one's on the outside in the PA game against that weak Eagles secondary.
