I know there are some Sobol fans on here, and I too have made money in the past on Sobol horses, but he seems to be struggling this year. Anyone have any opinions on this mare competing in 50k claimer country at Monmouth?

Can't win.

Sobol is having as you know a bad year.He really is not loaded with stock. The horses that he has are getting older. He still has the same owners.competition is tough for him as he took a beating at Gulfstream and is off to a slow start at Momouse.

Jeanies Rob is getting up their in age.Momouth is a tough joint.
He can't ship and be stabled at Delaware Park because the doors are closed for outsiders. He'll be back.

I am acually thinking of calling him next year, marchish to maybe be (our) trainer.I am gathering people with a 5,000 dollars start to get in to form a stable.I got people in New Jersey that want to run on the east and I got people in Ohio that don't care where we run.The KEY is if Thistledown will get slots. If slots come, then a TURF course will be open for the 1st time here since 1978.Mountaineer Park has weeds, so shipping would be easy.Winter time down at Gulfstream.

But as for Alan now, pass look to the other Allen---Jerkens or Goldberg.Goldbergs Run To Victory is going to make a score in the near future.Allan Seewald is dead # also.Allen Ferris at Pimlico is ok.

Good luck..

Watched the race...
This Mare out of Unbridled's Song was outmatched and out-classed. Finish out of the money, and was never in it.

My post was 6/11.I was not expecting Run To Victory to run this past week in the slop. But the man is bred both mud and weeds.

Hey Blue, let's see if you know anything about horses.....

Who is Run To Victory'd full brother?

If you don't know you don't belong in the game....

Breeding is where half your winners come from....

I will BET on RUN TO VICORY next start at any track, hopefully it will be back on the bunta. So I don't need to post...thanks

hey johnnie- i hear what you're saying, but chill out- run to victory doesn't have a full brother- his HALF brother, Victory Gallop (by Cryptoclearance) was a monster and it looks like run to victory is going to be a late bloomer, although probably nowhere near the quality of his older half brother. if blue doesn't follow the threads every day, i could see where he might be a little miffed with the post-race winner, that's all...
