This is one of the scariest laws ever, simply because of the room for its loose impretation.

 

Its bullshit.Most people don't serve 25 years for murder in the US.It makes me miss the States less and less.How is blocking a road in f**cking Oregon,sabatoging the war effort.Is that a major supply line to Iraq.I doubt it will pass,but to even be discussed is down right scary.

I dis aggre with the proposed laws un less it was in an act of blocking an emergency vehicle or the like that ended up in death or injury etc.

 

Pat,that would be a different ballgame.Plus I'm not sure how blocking a road is helping their cause,but this law is akin to cutting off your hand because you have a hang nail.

The same law could be applied to prosecute anti-abortion protestors such as Operation Rescue when they block access to abortuaries.

Similiar to a frivilous lawsuit. Never pass and never get by the Surpreme court, even Mcarthy would be embarresed by this bill.

I do not think most people believe you have a right to block streets those people are arrested and charged with some violation.

 

Out,I find it very hard to believe that you would agree to a charge of treason and a 25 year sentence for this type of behavior.Keep in mind some day in the US there will once again be a liberal administration.Would you want your protests to be met with this type of legislation?

 

Judge there has been talk from some of these socialist groups that pay for the majority of the largest hate America protest to block the military from deploying. ie large groups of swill blocking the roads that leave military bases. If so, they should be arrested, tried and if convicted jailed for not more than 30 years. This is a time of war. This is sobotage, the groups are funding by communist and socialist.
