I'm in a few pools just like this one but we have to rank our picks in order of strength...I disagree with your UTEP pick as I think this will be a case of men against boys....The big 12 north was bas but not that bad lol......I took Oregon St. as one of my top picks feeling that the coaching distractions and lack of a secondary for ND will be a big factor....I also took LSU high thinking the one dimensional attack of Iowa will have the front four for LSU pinning their ears backs and causing havoc in the backfield....I took Virginia high for the same reason just against the run instead....Good luck in whatever you decide....

hey tommy

i'm in the exact kind of pool your talking about... you have to pick the winner then a degree of confidence (1-5).
whats a good strategy to win this kind of pool?.. first time in it.
i was thinking taking all favorites and just puting all 5's.

also I agree witgh tommy's picks and add Bowling Green and Iowa St...

Bowling Green should handle Memphis easily, BG got screwd in that Toledo game and should be playing a much much better team than Memphis. Iowas St. D should win the game.:drink:

change Navy to New Mexico...
New Mexico has a great run defense... Navy can only run the ball...
this is my fav pick of all the bowls
New Mexico should:drink: win by 10.

In this pool we have to assign a number between 27-1 27 being your strongest pick.
