Last Week 6-4 +189
YTD 72-66-5 +335

Copying the running QB study from last week's thread. It went 4-3 last week and I think we can improve on that this week. Kansas City fits tonight.

OK guys. It dawned on me yesterday that this is fast becoming a league with successful running QBs. Here are all the running QBs and their team's SU records when they start:

7-5 Russell Wilson
9-3 De Sean Watson
10-2 Pat Maholmes
6-6 Cam Newton
7-3 Mitch Trubisky
7-5 Dac Prescott
6-6 Marcus Mariotta
3-3 Jameis Winston
3-0 LaMar Jackson
3-5 Josh Allen

Take a hard look at that list. There is only one losing record there of 10 QBs. And the guy who runs the most is 3-0.

So I isolated all their starts and looked at their ATS records. Here's what I got:

11-3 ATS Home Dogs
20-12 ATS Home Favs
20-12 ATS Road Dogs
5-13 ATS Road Favs

Let's take advantage of this phenomenon before the world catches up.

Thursday:

Kansas City -4 -101 (vs LA Ch)

Chiefs went to sleep and paid the price.

Saturday:

NYJ +7 (vs Hou)
This is a Taxi system. Bet against a team who just lost at home after a long winning streak and now goes on the road.

Also Houston is a "bet against" in my running QBs as road favs study.

Denver -2' -110 (vs Clev)
I love this Cleveland team. They have some solid young players and they finally got rid of their bad coach. But their reputation is now growing. Denver, a team who has already played five Playoff contenders at home this season will be ready for the young wannabes.

You too, CW.

Blew the Jets win when the kicker missed, not one, but two extra points. There's always something new coming at ya in these games.

Add Sunday:

NYG +1 +103 (vs Tenny)
Chicago -5 -101 (vs GBy)
Buffalo -2' -115 (vs Det)
Dallas +3 +106 (@ Indy)
Wash +7' -107 (@ Jax)
San Fran +3' -103 (vs Sea)
New Eng -2' -109 (@ Pit)

The first six plays are running QB plays (explained above). (Josh Johnson got added to the list after his relief appearance last week)

Here is the New England angle I researched:

The Pats have 9 straight up losses in Miami in the B&B era.

In the following game the Pats are 7-2 ATS. 5-1 ATS if the games were in December. 4-0 ATS if the following game is a Road game.

Add:

Miami +7' -102 (@ Minny)
Bet ya didn't know that Ryan Tannehill is 12-4 in his last 16 starts. (5-3 this year. And 7-1 his last 8 starts in 2016).
