this team is not that good. they have played a total of THREE very good teams this year. they have been beaten easily every single game, all double digit losses. you will im sure argue this game was close, and it was for points, but ville had it in control the whole way. they had a few slip ups, but they did @ Villanova as well. If Syracuse wants to be called a top Big East team they have to win home games, and they can't even do that vs the good teams.

They are a team that for the most part beats teams they should and loses to teams that are better. They are a 2nd round team at best come march.

Define good. They are a Top 25 team, but not anywhere near being in the Top 10.

there are a lot of "good teams", syracuse is one of them. louisville is very underrated in my opinion. are you trying to tell me you think 'cuse is just "average?" i dunno cover!!

they're good.

not really. good teams beat other good teams, syracuse can't only good win i see is @ memphis, and that isn't an amazing win because memphis has a shitty offense and wasn't that good of a team when they played. they still aren't really a top 25 team IMO.

florida and kansas aren't good wins either. both teams would get crushed by real opponents, just like syracuse does. clev st isn't even turning out to be a good Horizon team like syracuse backers thought they were. after that game i heard a lot of "clev st is good they will the Horizon. they're even better than butler". only way clev st makes the tourney is by winning the conf tournament.

kansas and florida are both first round exits if they make it, memphis makes the sweet 16 at the very best.

ok, they're not final four material

But their zone does create nightmares for OOC teams in March.

Once they got into Big East they got destroyed and they still lost to Cleveland St at home. They are a good team that I would rank in the Low 20's.

i didn't say they were a top 10 team or anything:tongue2: i just said they're a good team. any scale in life, average is below good. syracuse is not average.

they get beat by all good teams though, and this was at home. good teams take care of business at home.

louisville is a VERY good team i will not say otherwise. I think they are top 5. syracuse still HAD to win this game to really prove they are a legit threat to even make the sweet 16. louisville is great, but not unbeatable, especially away from home.

sorry i just dont see anything great about syracuse. they are overrated, what else is new?

They are a good team.

They beat Kansas, Florida, Memphis, and Notre Dame. To say they have not beaten any good teams is retarded.

Syracuse is good, but they played like shit today. Every time they needed a bucket down the stretch, they took an awful shot. They gave up 20+ off rebounds, and they blow at the stripe. Louisville, on the other hand, is beginning to look like a top 5 team. IMO the better coached team won today.

ND is very weak on the road and you know that. Did you watch the game last night? Ever time they had a chance to make a run in the 2nd half they would shoot up a 3 and brick it,what good is ND if the can not make a 3?

What the hell is it with you people?

It's not 5 top teams and everyone else sucks.

Not everyone is a final four team, they have flaws, but they are still good teams.

Just like last night and today, ND and Syracuse lost to elite teams that will be playing very deep in the tournament, doesnt mean they are not good teams just because they lost.
