Wow..that's a pretty gutsy call with the way their defense has played, but then again Army is just about the worst team in football. Best of Luck!

How's the business going my friend!!! I was thinking about taking Army and the points!!! Why do you like TCU so much!!! There defense has been awful, and that was the culprit in last week's surprising 45-44 OT loss to (previously) punchless South Florida. TCU allowed 407 yards, 324 passing yards. (I lost some cash on them last week and I'm still pissed). Good luck this week my friend and thanks in advance ;)

RightSide,
You are right Army is about the worst team in Div 1. My cousin is a Sophmore on the team and I keep up to date with whats going on at west point.

Allstar,
All is well here, thanks for asking. I wanted to get this play out early so that I would have plenty of time for a write-up, and I would not be suprised if we see this line move to 3 tds.

Your cousin is a player on the team huh? Talk about inside info there....I always wondered how do the players feel about the "gambling" aspect of the sport they are playing? I know it's a definite sin to even probably talk about it, but just wondered, for example, how your cousin feels about tons of money being put on a game he's involved in...you know what I mean? Do you guys ever talk about that stuff? Just curious to know....so, I'm assuming he probably gave you some dynamite info on his team. How did he feel about his coach ripping his team in public this week? Do they hate that guy or what? I would think that would make them maybe play with a little more enthusiasm unless they hate him.....

Right Side,

I do believe the team respects Coach Ross, but in regards to this game they will once again be physically out matched. Take Army's QB position for example-Both Silva and Nevels are only a combined 35-80 for 434 yds 1td and 1INT in three games...Now TCU has had problems defending the pass (giving up 360 ypg) but they are facing a run first team which plays into their defense (TCU defense-82 rushing ypg). Having a family member on the team definitely helps and I probably do know more of whats going on with that team then the average person..
p.s remember this is for informational purposes only!:)

Right on Stewie....Obviously before I saw your post here I played Army for a little earlier this week. Just think Army will score on this defense somehow and keep it within the number....I also pointed out in my thread that eventhough TCU scored 44 pts last week they were only 1-12 on 3rd down conversions which is pretty bad. I just hope Coach Ross feels the same way you do about TCU's rush defense and really focuses on putting quite a few pass plays in the gameplan....I know TCU is going to score, but I also feel Army will put up enough points too...Best of Luck!!

I took the Lobo's also and it wasn't looking very good until that fumble recovery for a TD. Utah looks like they could move the ball at will. Hopefully we can get a backdoor cover tonight.

I'm on New Mexico.....and regretting it. I doubt they score ANY offensive points tonight. I think I'm gonna hedge....take Utah in the 2nd half.

Agree, Utah's offense is too explosive for N.M.
Looks like a blowout! Should have known better since Wayne Root's Millionaire's club was on the Lobos.

I think everyone got excited about New Mexico as a trend play. Watching these two teams tonight makes it an easy selection on Utah. New Mexico has a really crappy looking offense, so how in the world are they going to "backdoor" anyone?

The best thing that could happen would be for Utah to be leading by two TD's at the half......then the 2nd half line will be LOW.

That was before Utah opened up a can of whip ass. Backdoor at this point is wide open for Utah to come and go as they please.
