don't usually bet much on these guys due to my homer status but really feel the Steelers win this game by double digits. Flacco making his first NFL road start and just happens to be on a Monday night in Pittsburgh against the most confusing zone blitz defense in the league. With McGahee far from 100%, if he plays, Flacco cannot rely on the running game to give him good situations either. Very few stadiums produce the kind of noise as a Monday night at Heinz field and Flacco will be a disaster, giving the Steelers short fields all night. I see a very similar game to last year where the Steelers forced 4 first half turnovers and cruised to a big win. This will make it 14 straight home wins on Monday night...

Pitt 19-16

This Flacco thing is getting annoying.. the more people say he is in trouble tonight the more I think he is going to have a good game. Ravens are not the team you want to play with injuries. They also have a sour taste after the beating they took last year 38-7 with out there two corners. I see this as a very close game and a Balt win would not surprise me at all!

well one of those CB's is out again and so is there starting safety landry and possibly fabian washington (nickel CB). Flacco played bad AT HOME VS THE BROWNS AND BENGALS (55.7 rating, 0 TD's 2 INT's)!!! what would make you think he will play good on the road (his first road start on monday night football to boot) against a good defense???

I will still take my chances with a hungry team and defense!!! I am not impressed with Pitt thus far and lets not forget they are without a pro bowl defender and there starting RB. I realize Parker has not had much success against them but he is still a vet and the rookie is going to have it in for him tonight, mind you a guy who tends to fumble the rock. I personally have Balt @ + 9.5 in a spread survivor pool so if Pitt does win I would hope it is not by more than 9 although I do see a FG type game.
