I remember back to Week 10- Week 13 in the NFL when all the favorites were covering like crazy. I would take the dog for spreads of 7+ and still lose every week. It was unreal, especially when we're talking about the NFL.

THEN

I didn't stick to my guns and keep playing dogs - and took a few large favorites because I had lost confidence in my capping - and guess what happens? The dogs start covering again :finger: . I got screwed another couple of weeks and had the worst NFL season I have had in a few years.

Bottom line: Stick with it and it'll come back.

i totally agree. bad things happen but never deviate from what makes you successfull. i had the worst day friday than ive had in 7 years doing this. i took a huge hit on EVERY game losing all of them by nearly 20 pts a game. but i got it all back yesterday doing exactly what i did friday and since ive been doing this from day 1.steam you couldnt lose to save your life when you 1st started here. eventually luck changes regardless of how sharp you are.it'll come back. ~RG

Good post cincy. This is why I don't get too upset when I turn a 1-7 or 2-8 day. I just try to remember my 7-1 and 8-2 days.

Steam, this is just a bump in the road.

Nothing more important than solid money management, will save you in times like this. Keep plugging steam, I don't know how you manage your units, I hope they're not as large as they seem, we all have tough stretches. The tough stretches are a critical reminder to not get carried away, and to be disciplined in our betting. Good luck, keep plugging.....

Guys...this is how Steam runs. Been like that as long as I've known him. Super streaky. I find it to be for the better. After a bad day or two...just don't follow for a bit. His info is solid and it will turn. When he looks to heat up...jump on for the ride...cuz his upswings are some of the best you'll ever see. Hang in there Steam. Your NBA playoffs have always done well, and MLB is here bro. NCAA Tourney should be great as well.
