Lets say 90% of bettors do not have that problem.Bet at LV legal brick and mortar sportsbooks,use bookmaker for offshore, not sure if there is many other offshore worth a shit.Not sure how long a local would take someones action if you are consistantly beating them.if you win doing betting on phone app. you can write off wins against other gambling losses if you have the paper trail.
