I was watching a rerun of Stalag 17 when it dawned on me that conservatives are like William Holden - not politically correct and just trying to make a buck, while Liberals are like Peter Graves - just doing their best for the Fatherland - the only question is, which fatherland?

Doc, your problem is that you're a pessimist!

You should start looking for the positives in all of these situations.

Rush is a windbag - and a gifted analyst. Maybe he''ll have a change of heart, get a job on "Air America" and start espounding the liberal viewpoint. Failing that, maybe he'll fall down a flight of stairs and bust his vocal chords, and then retire from the broadcasting business.

President Bush may be a closet homosexual and a true, old line liberal - and his second administration will reflect the values of the true Bush.

Then again, maybe you're right to be a pessimist - this could be the end of liberalism as you know it, and George Bush is just the first in a long line of Republican presidents.

Doc - there is too much acid pouring out of you. You have to calm down or you're going to have a stroke! You sound like one of those far right religious extremists that you're always condemning.

None of what you say about Limbaugh - none of it - has any impact on Limbaughs audience.

And you lose credibility by not pointing out that Ted Kennedy - who is a man in power and not just an entertainer like Limbaugh, actually murdered one of the woman he seduced (while he was married). He was drunk and he left her to drown while he fled the scene.

And what I say about Kennedy will have no impact on how the old ladies and union thugs that love him will vote.

So save yor stomach and try to be a kinder, more forgiving human being.

And Joseph Kennedy (Bobbies kid) put a woman in a wheelchair for life when he hit her while DUI. He got off of course, just like Teddy did.
