been waiting to bring this to the forum for several days. i havent bet very much nba this season, probably less than 20 games all season.....

here are saturdays plays from my system, that relies on Power Ratings. the system sets a line, i then compare the line, with the books lines. if there is a difference of 3pts or more, its a play.

all are flat bet by me but ill be glad to list the lines, so they can be compared.

1. Clev -8 (-13.5)
2. Mia -10.5 (-14)
3. NJ +3 (NJ -2)
4. LAC +4 (pk)
5. Atl +7.5 (+3.5)
6. Utah +7 (Utah -6)
7. den -4.5 ( -9.5)

the rest are all real close, when comparing the lines. there are 7 of them for one unit each. i supposed Utah would be the strongest play, if you were to rate them.

lets see how it does.......... 100% mechanical, i did no handicapping at all with this. the number in paranthesis, is my projected line.

ive tried many things, over the years and on this forum but you may want to keep your eyes on this one for a while. im putting $100 on each of the plays, wagers are at either betjam or the greek.

ill play it, however the system is based on Numbers and Mathematics and does not account for injuries or back2back games, long road trips, etc. etc. the goal tonight is merely to come out (4-3) or better. its a semi game of (myself vs. the linesmaker).

something you could do ssi which im sure your aware of is make some filters to clear out some "bad" plays where people are injured or b2b games are being played

looks like a no-play on the knicks/pistons, unless we get some major movement...

yesterday was better than i had anticipated. back results on this one, look really good.

if you want to try this particular system out for the nfl, todays plays are:
(indy -13)(minn -10)(nyg -6.5)(saints -3), that is all for the games at noon, i wont be keeping a record of the nfl but will be playing them for $100 each.

i came up with this system, while away on vacation for 2 weeks, i can assure you its very unique and quite complicated to understand.

ill be back, just after lunch to post the late nba and nfl games, i am also going to try and adapt this system to the NHL, i have toyed with it and from a very low juice to Underdog perspective the results look good.

nfl: 5-3 (+$170)

no play tonight unless carolina moves to (-4.5), as i have carolina (-1.5).
then i would take TB (+4.5). otherwise its a pass, great game to watch (should be) but not a good one to wager on.

nhl: 2-1 (+$110)

mondays play

blues (+1.10)

all the plays are derived from a similar Power Ratings System. it is a very fluid and current system, relying on how a team is playing right now and whether they are at Home or Away, although season stats do factor into the more than 10 step equation.
