Running real late, heading out to Heat game. Brief writeups here, sorry....

Detroit Pistons +4 2 Units

Pistons underrated here, even without Iverson in lineup. They should keep this close, if not win outright. They have looked very impressive early on. They have scored a ton early on in the season.

Detroit/Toronto Over 180.5 2 Units

Pistons been giving up a lot of points, much more than in years past. Also they are scoring more. Team is still solid with Stuckey in there, even without AI or Billups. Both teams should score over 90 here.

Portland Trailblazers +6.5 2 Units

This same Blazers team, minus Oden, won 3 of 4 from Utah last season. Jazz should be without Deron Williams again. Bum ankle. Should also be without Harpring. Blazers better this time around, with Rudy. Game should be close. I can see Blazers giving the Jazz their first loss of the season.

2-1 on the Night....

Wow. That is all I can say after watching that fourth quarter in Utah. Wow. Portland only makes 1 FG in the first 7 minutes of the 4Q. To make matters worse, the refs basically put the Jazz on the FT line every possession late in the fourth quarter. Have never seen so many phantom foul calls in my life. That was outrageous. And to make everything worse, we get hooked, losing by a half point.

That was truly fucked up. Jazz largest lead of the game was the final margin of 7. Ugh.
