Tanning booths are bad for you, and sprays are supposedly worse due to all the chemicals. Natural sunlight with some sunscreen works best.

Just got back from Sunny Florida, Nice Tan ... a little burnt because it was 85 and sunny everyday

As for the question at hand. I have used the tanning beds before, but stopped like 5 years ago. They are just not good for you.
wouldn't use spray tan of any kind.

as Sethm said, get it from the Sun with some type of block. work your way from a 50, down to a 15
