Think about it.

You are going to open a sportsbook or you allready own one.

How do you sit back and not make answering emails a priority?

Again, dont get it, really dont.

If a sportsbook doesn't respond to my emails within a few hours it usually gives me a negative feeling about them before I even sign up.They already have a strike against them before we have even done business with each other. Of course I realize sometimes there are good reasons for no response (website problems, middle of the night, etc.) but I don't think books realize how important that first impression is if they want a longtime customer.

95% of all emails to sportsbooks are really stupid questions. Then if you do answer them you get another one right back with another stupid question.

Books need to realize that email is becoming a far better form of communication than telephone these days.

And if you have an answer by email you have proof. I know some operations record phone calls, but unfortunately 95% of all sportsbooks have no problem deleting a phone call or lying about a phone call.
