has anyone else ever had a problem with them not putting money into your account after a win? they gave me the money pretty quickly in my other wins but this one still says pending, even though it shows the final score on the ticket. they had no problem giving me the loss on the other bet i made at the same time lol but dont want to give me the win now. i emailed them but nothing has happened... :think2:

I will be glad to get the matter resolved for you. I need the exact bet with the ticket number from your account if you have it and your actual account number at Sportsbook.com plus the name the account is in.

I have excellent contacts at Sportsbbook.com and if the bet is a legitimate winner should get you credited quickly during the work week of Monday thru Friday.

sportsbook.com normally has pretty quick customer service if you phone them. I had couple of questions about withdrawals etc, they got back to me right away. As for payouts, I got mine pretty much overnighted after I called them.

Fyi

Sportsbook.com has resolved their turn around time when it comes to withdrawing by Bank Wire. The turn around is 2 to 3 business days. I highly recommend if anyone is using Sportsbook.com that they use Bank Wires when withdrawing funds. Bank Wires have no top end limit.
