This is a recommended book but what are current opinions?

Their credit card funding processor looks to be broken so how much faith can I put in such an operation?

Broken???

They have multiple processors.

Sometimes the net deposit is down for one reason or another.

but

you can always call in a deposit for a minimum of $100.

Faith you can put in the operation is that it has been around since 1996 grown leaps and bounds was sold for $154,000,000 two years ago and now owned by a publicly traded company in London.

Jay got a little cut off there

, he wanted to also mention that the parent company is in some trouble and their publicly traded stock has dropped dramatically as a result(down about 70% in last few months).

I say their customer service gets tons of complaints but don't take my word. Go to the search button on this site and type their name in and see for yourself.

CS has never been good due to the high turnover. You train them and they leave for more money less hours etc.

Stock price has never been anything exciting.

Wouldn't you like to talk to the same people every time you called a book?

Most certainly Jay. I have never heard of turnover troubles. I heard of the low wages, but never heard much about turnover.

I work in manufacturing & it seems there are many who are just content with a paycheck to get a small amount of cash & then move on. I can relate, but figured the offshore sportsbook industry was pretty stable.

Main concern is that it is part of the Sportingbet empire.

See my earlier posts on this outfit which IMO has a 10% chance of entering liquidation in the next 2 years.

If it does, under UK bankruptcy laws punters will lose at least 90% of their balances in most situations.
