sportsbook.com? Pros/Cons

Really looking into Sportsbook.com for my final choice. They seem to have good odds, and also in game betting and lots of different choices. Good parlay payouts also.

Just wondering if anyone have heard any bad things of them? Thanks in advance.

Alright, have not chosen them but WAS thinking about it. Thanks for the info. . .planning on going with Hollywood or Pinnacle. Skybook also seems good.

I have played there and would NEVER play there again.

When I was making plays for a a nickel to a dime per game, and had close to 20K with them, they told me that I had defrauded them of a measly $300 and they froze my account. I had never done anything like that, but they did NOT listen.

Anyways, I told them to take the $300 out of my account. They wouldn't do that either. They said that I had to send in $300 for my account to be UNfrozen. I had to send in a WU for $300 to clear the stuff up. It was just unreal.

While your money is safe, the customer service is just HORRIBLE. I would give them an F for CS.

As Cincy pointed out, the main problem is that small problems that should takes minutes to resolve, could drag out for weeks delaying payouts. On the flip side when things run smoothly its a great book. They take a lot of action online, take credit cards, and 5% reloads every Thursday. One of the few books that I'm not afraid of maintaing a high balance

Most important factor with this book is your money safer is likely more safer here than any other book on the planet. Their stock traded on the London Stock Exchange. THey have been around forever and then some.

While others have complained of slow pay, 99% of the time I've been paid timely. It was a hassle one time when I moved and had to send in all kinds of verification for my new address, but ultimately it was worked out after a little aggravation on my end.

In summary, if you are looking for a secure book, and a lot of variety (Nascar, golf, props...etc), then Sportsbook is a great book. You're gonna pay more juice than other books on most events, so if you are only looking for another book to shop with, I would't waste my time there. But if you are looking for props on major sports, along with unique golf and auto racing lines and props, then it's a good place to be.

I agree with the above. They have always paid me out in timely fashion. I did have a problem with them grading games on time but they have picked it up since I cuss them out all the time! Great live support help as well. I also like bodog and olympic! They will cash you out though!

never really had a problem there...payouts arent the fastest but certainly not the slowest and there CS i dont think is all that bad...i just use the live chat most of the time.

I'm there among a few houses I shop for #. You will often find extra halves tacked onto favs and overs, so if you play dogs and under a good place to shop. Money is there when you request payout.

Only downside, you will need great patience if you need to call to place a wager. Most of their writers cannot spell NBA, much shoot a quick line and write action. I don't know your bankroll, but they can be slow to grade wagers.

IMO, may be a good idea to split half your $$ and go to sbook and pinnacle.
