I have been a sports writer for 20 years in large markets, but have settled in north Louisiana and am doing a radio sports-talk show during drive time (5-6 p.m. local time).
Do overseas books advertise in local markets like mine.
Background: We are the top-rate AM show in drive time, our rates are very reasonable, and the audience is prime. Because of lack of competition, the local guys frequently run as much as 40-cent lines for baseball and lack the options of internet football books. It is football country. Big-time. I think it would work, if any is open minded about it, quite well.
Any thoughts?
