They don't require anything...until you request a payout. Then they require EVERYTHING ! After you send everything they say they never received everything. They have many ways of stalling your pay outs. It's best if you never win. If you do win, they won't kick you out, but cut your bets to $4.54 plus vig = $5.00. I finally went to Wilheim. He got my money for me...PDQ ! I would suggest you contact him for who to post up with.
