I've used sportsbetting.com as my primary book for the last 5-6 months or so. It seems almost everytime I request a withdrawal they send me on a goose chase because they can't verify my bank with the bankwire. What's up with this? Can't they save my faxed bank statements, passport photos, and licenses which they request to verify my ID?? Do they really need this each and everytime I withdrawal. I havn't changed banks, I havn't changed my name. Why this delay process? I appreciated the extra security after my initial withdrawal request but not each and everytime. I don't have a fax machine, and it really is a pain and inconveniance to get this information together whenever I want a withdrawal. Don't they keep records?? What a mess. It's so easy to deposit money, but not to take it out. They need to get their act together, and I'm taking mine out the door.

Worst CS of any paying book. Not to single SportsBetting.com out, the whole group of Sportingbet PLC/EFS books are horrible.

My experience has been quite to the contrary with sportsbetting.com. I've requested several payouts over the last few months. They are delivered via Fedex, free, and I've received every single one within 3 days. Their customer service sends me email updates on the payout processing and Fedex shipping info. Their software is excellent, but that family of books has always had the best IMO. Their site is quick and they have plenty of cool props. My wagers have been graded very fast. I've never needed to speak to a live person, so don't know how that service is. However, they are normally quick to respond to email. I only use fedex check option for payouts, so I can't attest to the service via other methods. Not shilling here; just wanted to offer my experience.

sportsbetting.com = :103631605 IMHO
