Does any one know of any sports book hiring clerk with no experience. I have a friends that needs a job he doesn't have any experience he can do his training with out pay

Tell him to go apply at www.sportsbook.com They are in Santa Ana and have a training program and everything......... Pay is a little low at 600 Dollars a month to start off but hell get experience etc......

could someone give me the details of what a clerk actually does? Do you work from home?

No you work in a small station surrounded by other small stations taking bets from clients. Half the time you dont do anything but when you do Whoa Nelly does it get crazy during crunch time. Pays 3-6 dollars an hour depending on experience, not a great salary by any means but enough to survive on in CR(assuming you dont plan on driving a nice car and/or go out much).

just seen you posted 3-6 $/hr in costa rica. Does the onshore accts allow you to work from home?

couldnt you take info out the door with you...maybe not documented info but info none the less. But i dont know much about it so...

Not as easily as you could from home. Plus sounds more like a line manager position in the ad you posted. Basically its data entry, be prepared to stare at multiple screens for eight to twelve hours a day.
