I was told that Sportingbet was having a 20% reup bonus special. To make sure, I called them and asked and they confirmed it. I did not receive the bonus and instead I was told it would take 48 hours. Well three days later, I still don't have it and they are giving me the run around and wont even talk to me about it. Anyone have any advice?

I already lost my deposit. I am just waiting for the bonus. So it is too late to withdraw.

A 20% REUP bonus is outrageous! Any book advertising such a bonus during baseball is suspect

The bonus was an Independance day, 4th of July special promotion valid for the 3rd, 4th, and 5th only.

Thanks General,
By the way, I have never had a problem with them before and they have a good reputation. I was just trying to see if anyone else had the same problem. I expect that it will get resolved and I will keep you posted.

Burned...I had the same problem a while back when I received an email for a great re-up bonus.I think it was for 50% (can't remember) but it took almost a week and about 3 emails and a live chat to finally get it credited.I was surprised as I always thought they had great customer service when I signed up about 5 years ago.Times have obviously changed but I still wouldn't worry about it. I'm sure they are still honorable.

Is this Sportingbet.com (as opposed to SportingbetUSA) that you're talking about ?

If so, I'm surprised to hear about these 20% and 50% re-up bonuses. As of about 6 weeks ago, Sportingbet.com doesn't even give me the standard Thursday 5% reload bonus, and I'm only up about $1.5K on about $80K worth of action over the last 9 months.

I'm a little concerned there was a 9 minutes lapse before you got involved General. Maybe because of the long holiday you are dragging today.

LOL

Thanks patrick. Probably the only legacy I will take to my grave is that I have been able to assist posters with these disputes. Not a miracle, but very self-satisfying as I know you know. Thank you as well for what you do Sir.

Halifax...It was limited to a small amount (100% bonus up to 75 dollars) so I don't think this was reckless at all.I hadn't played there in over a year so I think they were just drumming up business from old customers.
