In this weeks BIG EAST notebook USF drew close to 50,000 at Raymond James Stadium in Tampa for their 37-3 thumping over instate 1-AA Florida AnM. This week a larger crowd is expected to what they are calling a mini version of Miami-Florida State as USF scares off against Central Florida. As everyone knows the state of Florida for high school and college is the number one place in the country. The head coach for USF in their first year in the BIG EAST is looking at this game with CENTRAL FLORIDA as a new in state rivalry. The line has dropped to 8 from 9.5 and I know some well known cappers like Central in this game but Central Florida will be coming to a hostile environment and if I am correct the student population of USF is over 40,000. I know Central has a long losing streak and could cover the number but it wont be easy. I just wanted to post this if anyone is considering this game this weekend.

50-50 chance will be attending this fiasco.

That is exactly what this is, as both teams are in the bottom half of college footballs Division one teams.

The line appears like a good one to this observer and thus, NO PLAY.

There is so much high school football talent in Florida all of a sudden there are 4 new Division 1-A teams. Central Florida moved to 1-A about 8 years ago. USF did a few years ago and now Florida Atlantic and Florida International.

But the BIG EAST report said both teams are looking at this as maybe a yearly rivalry. I cant believe South Florida pulled in 46,000 for 1-AA Florida AnM. Im sure this weekend against Central Florida will be probably be close to 60,000. I think Raymond James holds 65,000. Sounds like it might be a good game to be at.

Not sure I understand all the Central Florida love in this game. Expecting a shity team to break a losing streak is a dicey proposition. I would pass on this game.

C. Fla definitely showed me something vs So Car - yea they got lucky to get the cover but they played well. They ran the ball very effectively and stopped the run all night against a team that had them phyically dominated. Fundamentally sound tackling is always huge on defense, and this club seems to have it. I think this line should be below a TD, thus I am taking the Knights.

Hellah 10, 7 wins?? I think they will be a better club this year, but thats a dicey prop.. I don't think of USF as that good, nor is UCF that bad (the 9 point spread).. gl..
