I know you've all heard the talk about LOU retiring at season's end & Spurrier's name coming up about many different job openings.

Living in Columbia, and being a SC Graduate & Season Ticket Holder.....I'll tell you this, as I feel I have many friends here at THERX!
Spurrier has met with SC Officials & Administration. Also, I know for a fact that Spurrier bought 3 peices of Property on Lake Murray back in the late summer. He also purchased a Condo on Lake Murray. For those unfamiliar. Murray is by far the most popular lake in SC & all "The Rich Folks" live on Lake Murray. I live about 3 miles from The Lake in a rural town. I have many friends in real estate & the info I'm passing along is True.

Lou Holtz is tired & is aging. He has stated that his son, Skip is not ready to take over the program. He wants it to be left in good hands. Also, Lou & Steve are good buddies.
Lou will Ultimately decide who takes over the program.

I'm not a big Spurrier Fan, but he would be good for our program. Just some "INSIDER INFO!"

And Now.......

One of The Hot Topics on The HalfTime Show was "Spurrier to SC"
Amazing, I thought I was passing along some info & it's on The HalfTime Report.
They mentioned it & went into some detail, but I still had alittle more.
Now I just read in "The GameCock News" a weekly pubication....
If Lou Goes??? Who will Come???
And it mentioned Spurrier b/c of his Ties to Lou, and how he aleady loves SC, b/c of all The Golf Courses all over the state.
It's a long article....I'll break it down alittle more & add more to this Topic.

Spurrier and Holtz are very good friends which is why it was no big deal for Spurrier to agree to the deal before Holtz had officially retired.

Why not a fan of Spurrier? He's going to put your program on the map...
