Dante, it is two separate bets at one price.
say you want to bet Man Utd. -1/2 & -1 / +110 over Liverpool.
If your bet is $100, it breaks down like this.
You have $50 at Man U -1/2 / +110
and you have $50 at Man U -1 / +110.
If they win by more than 1, you win both.
If they win by 1, you win the -1/2 for $55, and you push the -1.
If they draw or lose, you lose 100.

Dante- Green explained that well. I thought I had seen most every kind of bet there was until I was introduced to "asian handicap" betting. It is a bit confusing at first. I believe the example you brought up in your first post was from Pinnacle. I like the way they list their asian handicaps but you will most often see it listed as .25 or 1/4 ball which Pinnacle would have listed as PK and -1/2. European and Asian books use the decibals and fractions and others use the type of line Pinnacle uses.
I feel the big edge on Asian handicap betting is when it's offered for totals. Pinnacle has that on a lot of games and I feel there is tremendous value in that.
