If it was, how came Barr hasnt brought any charges yet??? He doesnt need Dem approval

Because Biden did what he did as he worked for US interests', not personal gain.

The clip is out on the open like that, yet the DOJ hasnt done anything about it???

Trump wanted to Ukraine to investigate, but not the DOJ??
No quid pro quo needed for that, just a simple phone call--- and it wouldnt even have to be a "perfect" phone call either

If Hunter Biden was NOT on the board of directors at Burisma, do you honestly think Joe Biden would give a rat's ass about some energy company under investigation by Ukraine prosecutors? If you answer yes, you're far dumber than I originally thought. If you answer no, then your above claim is a steaming load of horseshit.

But sources ranging from former Obama administration officials to an anti-corruption advocate in Ukraine say the official, Viktor Shokin, was ousted for the opposite reason Trump and his allies claim.

It wasn't because Shokin was investigating a natural gas company tied to Biden's son; it was because Shokin wasn't pursuing corruption among the country's politicians, according to a Ukrainian official and four former American officials who specialized in Ukraine and Europe.

If it was, how came Barr hasnt brought any charges yet??? He doesnt need Dem approval - because the Repubs don't jizz on themselves when they get the slightest sniff of illegality, like the Dems do (see RussiaGate, ImpeachmentGate, etc).

Because Biden did what he did as he worked for US interests', not personal gain. - Negative. 100% for personal gain.

The clip is out on the open like that, yet the DOJ hasnt done anything about it??? - In progress

Trump wanted to Ukraine to investigate, but not the DOJ?? - Numerous deflections by ambassador Yuvanovitch to conceal FROM the DOJ the information they were asking for
No quid pro quo needed for that, just a simple phone call--- and it wouldnt even have to be a "perfect" phone call either - There was no quid pro quo.....best exemplified by the latest fake impeachment charges.

Think, Mcfly, think

(think outside the bubble, for once)

The complete ignorance in this babbling is shocking.

Shokin testified to Ukrainian investigators that he was visited personally by Poroshenko and that Poroshenko said he was firing him due to US pressure and that Joe Biden was holding up US Aid over the investigation. EXACTLY what Democrats are upset about now, oddly enough.

Regardless, it doesn't answer my question, which I can't blame you for trying to dodge because even you know you're just making phony excuses that no one is buying.

[h=1]FLASHBACK, 2018: Joe Biden Brags At CFR Meeting About Withholding Aid To Ukraine To Force Firing Of Prosecutor[/h]

So we know beyond a shadow of a doubt these two facts, because the Biden's are actually on tape admitting such

1) Joe Biden was proud he withheld aide from the Ukraine in order to have a prosecutor he did not like fired

2) Joe Biden's son admits he was paid millions by a Ukrainian company for a job he was not qualified for

Now the circus seals tell us Trump should be impeached for crimes he didn't commit and they tell us Biden is innocent despite indisputable evidence he committed the very crimes they accuse Trump of AND he enriched his family by taking money they were not qualified to receive

https://fas.org/sgp/crs/misc/IF11086.pdf

 The Foreign Emoluments Clause (art. I, § 9, cl. 8):“[N]o Person holding any Office of Profit or Trust under[the United States], shall, without the Consent of theCongress, accept of any present, Emolument, Office, orTitle, of any kind whatever, from any King, Prince, orforeign State.

------------------------------

Then they accuse us of looking the other way! Tell me, someone, anyone, how on earth can you possibly reason with such nonsense?

(said in the most respectful way possible, since I think I went over the top in my attacks on SD)

Where did that “stopped the prosecution” allegation against Joe Biden come from? According to Trump attorney Rudy Giuliani, it came from Viktor Shokin, who claimed in an affidavit that he was forced out by Joe Biden “because I was leading a wide-ranging corruption probe into Burisma.”

So, why aren’t House Republicans demanding that Shokin testify either at the hearings or by deposition in Ukraine?
The reason almost certainly is that Shokin could be exposed as corrupt and his claim could be revealed to be a sham. There are no facts to corroborate Shokin; indeed, it isn’t even clear that Shokin ever actively investigated Burisma.

I'm only citing the Biden's own words

The constitution, specifically the Foreign Emoluments Clause

The democrats own words about impeachable offenses they/you accuse Trump of but can't prove

Democrats actually will tell you to your face, while managing to keep a straight face, that Joe Biden bragging about how he extorted a foreign president, using a billion dollar US Aid package, and demanding 'quid pro quo' before the money was released was 100% fine, perfectly acceptable, and there was not a blessed thing wrong with it, but Trump wondering if past corruption was looked into is an impeachable offense.
