I was confused early about this line moving to only a pk,,, then I saw a developping pattern that clearly would lead to people loving tulsa tonight.
IMO a little bit of it has to do with Bowling Green pulling a no sho last year vs. Tulsa.
Main reasons were that people saw Tulsa win thier conf. championship and Ball st. lose thiers ,,, lose thier undefeated season , then lose thier coach. Which is seems like alot to lose.
Then Utah played Alabama and beat them up and down the field, everyone looked at that game and saw a team that lost thier last game, and with it arguably "blew their season". Then going on to get smoked by Utah. To some a comparable situation.
Then you just knew that Buffallo would lose to Uconn... and they did..... and everyone lol @ the mac and increased thier bet on tulsa. Because after all Buffallo just beat tulsa and buffalo proved to be an avgerage team at best.
But what I think people are missing on this game is the when Buffallo played Ball st. .... Ball st was in a terrible position and with nothing to play for besides an undefeated season. They were allready out of the BCS bowl mix... even after they won every game they played.... They had nothing to play for,, either way they wouldnt end up in a BCS bowl...(i agree they shouldnt be in the bcs bowls)....
Since then their coach left, a coaching change very simular to Rich Rodriguez leaving WV last year after such a great season not to coach the teams bowl game. We all remember how that team played for its interem coach..... This team has to be the most motivated they have been all year tonight with the bad taste of a loss in a game they werent even at mentally....
Both teams are confident they can win this IMO, but Ball St will be the more motivated team tonight with out a doubt.
Will that be enough to beat tulsa? I think so.
Ive seen people here compare tulsa who plays no defense to Boise st. If tulsa is boise then i guess Ball st is TCU lol
I wonder if tulsa thinks it will be 63-3 tonight?
