So LSU's DC John Chavis is headed to A&M??

This is such a weird move, but if the stories are true that he'll be paid around $1.5 million annually then I guess I can understand the move. Supposedly he didn't like the verbiage in the contract LSU extended him saying that he'd only get a 6 month severance should the coaches get fired? I'd like to know what the LSU fans think of this? I know aggy's are spewing over it, but from a few LSU alums I've spoken to they are welcoming a fresh new DC into Baton Rouge to say the least.

Hey man, I hear you re; QB's at universities like LSU and Texas. It's crazy how sometimes recruiting a good one can seem like the hardest thing on earth.

Yeah, I watched you guys last night and he's not too good. You would think Texas and LSU would be able to get a QB. Texas is huge and louisiana, per quota, has the best talent in the country, but we seem to keep having garbage ass qbs.
