First of all, I like this book alot. The -105 and free netellers is a GREAT DEAL. This book is outstanding to me because of this.

I emailed Rick about this problem with the software Monday and never heard back.

Here's what happens. I call in a bet and get quoted '157 to win 150'. I go on my account later and it shows up '157 to win 149'.

Everytime I place a bet online it shows the right amounts, then I click confirm, and it gips me $1 every time. Like '168 to win 160' shows up '168 to win 159.' It even does that on lines that aren't -105. It should show up exactly the amounts you confirm it.

It's not that big of a deal, but it's very annoying to lose $1 on every bet.

Can you fix this??

I'll give you that same example that worked the other way for me at Grande. I layed whatever my balance was at the time on a moneyline bet. I don't remember the exact amounts but my example reflects what happened. (877 to win 649). The 877 was all I had in the account and it worked out to win the 649. I made the bet and when I checked it, the report showed the lay amount was adjusted to 878. And my account balance reflected -1.00 on credit. I guess the figures work out that way sometime.I remember I was afraid they were going to cancel the bet if I won. But I did win it and I had no problems.

There are other books where this happens as well...I was told its the "new" system they are using....

It rounds everything down to the dollar below, and if u try to add some change on the bet to make it go over the next dollar, is still pays back less 1.00......People need to pay attention to this in their accounts, think it is going on more than they realize...Of course it effects the smaller bettors the most, 100.00 parlays are gonna be an even amount no matter what the odds are anyway..

I have to agree with NCIH on this one. I really like this book overall and it has become one of my favorites but the fact that the software seems to screw you a buck here and there is very annoying.I imagine the only ones having problems are the small bettors like me.When I hit confirm I expect to see the same amounts I thought I was playing.Again I really like this book for the 105 juice, great accounting page, and nice software and even though it annoys me I will still play there as the pluses outweigh the minuses.

From what I have seen from Rick at WSC this will be rectified very shortly. Please have a little patience, I know WSC is not trying to beat anyone out of breakage on purpose.

HELL: I contacted Rick about this issue when I would place a small wager and I would not get the extra (like betting a +105 and only getting +100 a the payout) cash on my bets. He said they were working on it and had me add up my winning wagers that were shorted and it came to less than $10 but Rick made it all good and threw me an extra $10 to bring my account up to where it should have been. This all took place in a matter of an hour after I had given him a number of what I was short. Just a small player, but was taken care of as if I was spending dimes.:banger:

I replied to your question on the 6th of December. I explained that this was a display error. Whatever the operators qoute on the phone now will be what you see on your open ticket. This is a seperate issue from rounding.

Management held a meeting concerning rounding this week. We will add cents to our interface shortly. Since we develop our own software it will be introduced early in the new year. Most SB's use the rounding system because they do not play with cent values in their backend.

I will post an update concerning this issue in the next month.

We appreciate any input that can enhance our software and make your wagering experience more enjoyable.

When you go to the "my account" page showing your pending bets is it correct?

I had a 1000/952 bet that showed as 1000/950 after confirmation on the betting page, but was correctly 1000/952 on the pending bets page.

I have a complaint. they don't do weekend w/d. Nonsense in my book. I ask for my money I should get it. they do weekend deposits no problem. I love the -05, but this pisses me off.

Our accounting department is in a different Country now. Accounting will now operate Monday-Friday 11am-5pm est.

Our system accepts Neteller if used through our cashier page automatically. Withdrawals must be approved and than sent through our neteller merchant account. This last step is handled through accounting.

Get your cashouts Mon-Fri and they are quick and free.
